No, we do not provide phone results. You can view your results via email or pick them up in person at our office.

What if the alleged father has passed away?
We can still proceed with a paternity test using a FTA blood card or other biological samples, though there may be an additional fee.
Can you test without the alleged father present?

Rescheduling
Rescheduling is permitted only if you provide a call at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. We cannot accommodate changes made within 24 hours of the collection time.

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any reason, including cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment or for any service not completed.
